Processing personal data

Notice pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003

We would like to inform you that Legislative Decree 196 of 30th June 2003 (“Code relating to protection of personal data”) provides for the protection of people and other subjects in relation to the processing of personal data. According to the law in question, such processing will be carried out with respect for the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights.

We are thus providing the following information according to Article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003:
